If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sharpened blades or customized apparel are final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate blades are protected.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
